In order to register your company with Cannbex, please provide the following documents: The Company Registration Company Form filled in and signed. Fill in and submit the Ultimate Beneficial Owner. A copy of an excerpt from the commercial register of your company not older than 12 months. A copy of a valid ID and a proof of residence for the authorized signatory who signs the registration form. Upload a recent personal photo (like a selfie) of the authorized signatory, who signs the Bity Registration Form. A proof of address for your company : a utility bill not older than 3 months, a bank statement or a rental contract
All documents that are transmitted to Crypto Change S.A.S (Cannbex) are encrypted and stored on our servers based in Uruguay. Any personal information is kept private and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law or consent is given.
To become an platform buyer or seller client you must go through the standard Cannbex onboarding process, obtaining the highest level of verification, to enable your transactions. All Platform buyer and sellers clients are required to provide various types of documentation such as a Government ID, Proof of Residence and Proof of Income.
Once a customer is on boarded and has opened their account with Crypto Change S.A.S they are ready to operate. You just need to login with your user and password in order to place a buy or sell order, orders can be market or limit.
You can place a pending order via the ‘Create Order’ window. On the ‘Create Order’ box, select ‘Limit Order’ or ‘Stop Order’ and choose your symbol, limit price, volume and expiry date and time, set stop-loss and take-profit levels and click ‘Sell’ or ‘Buy’.
Should the need arise for you to modify or delete a pending order that you have placed, click on the ‘Orders’ tab in the ‘Trade Watch’ window. This will bring up all your pending orders. Right-click on the order you wish to modify or delete, to be given the option to either modify or cancel the order. If you click on ‘Modify’, a new window will appear that will allow you to change the parameters of your pending order. If you click on ‘Cancel’, your order will be automatically removed from the list.
To close a position, click on the ‘Close’ button in the ‘Trade Watch’ window at the bottom of the cTrader screen. From the ‘Trade Watch’ window you can choose to close a single order or close all open positions by clicking ‘Close All’. You can use the QuickTrade settings to select if this is disabled or if single-click or double-click trading is enabled.
Your Cannbex Platform ID will be sent to you via email once the creation of your account has been confirmed.
To change the language you need to access the platform, click on your name at the top right and then on “Settings”. The panel with personal information will open and you can change the language of the platform.
Client information can not be changed independently on the platform. If you notice any inaccuracies or shortcomings, please contact our Customer info Team who will do the verifications needed.
There are no download, setup or subscription fees for using our platform. Fees and charges apply to trading.
